What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Schedule plumbing and HVAC service appointments efficiently
  • Make outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenance appointments
  • Follow up on completed service orders to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment details and scheduling updates
  • Coordinate with technicians and office staff to keep the daily schedule running smoothly
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • At least 1 year of experience scheduling inbound service calls and booking appointments
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
  • Experience using ServiceTitan
  • Previous customer service experience with a plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or other home service company
