TradeCore Recruiting is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our client partnerships across the skilled trades industry. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on networking, building trust, opening doors, and creating long-term business relationships.We specialize in recruiting for the trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, commercial service, and related industries — and we’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with business owners, decision-makers, and growing companies.

What You’ll Do
- Generate new client relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
- Build partnerships with business owners and hiring managers in the skilled trades industry
- Present TradeCore’s recruiting and workforce solutions to prospective clients
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial conversation through signed agreement
- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients to support retention and long-term growth
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth handoff and client experience
- Attend networking events, industry events, and business meetings as needed
- Help expand brand awareness and market presence for TradeCore
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales, business development, or account management experience
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industries is a huge plus
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach, relationship building, and consultative sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
- Professional, driven, and goal-oriented personality
