TradeCore Recruiting is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help grow our client partnerships across the skilled trades industry. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives on networking, building trust, opening doors, and creating long-term business relationships.

We specialize in recruiting for the trades — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, commercial service, and related industries — and we’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with business owners, decision-makers, and growing companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new client relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Build partnerships with business owners and hiring managers in the skilled trades industry
  • Present TradeCore’s recruiting and workforce solutions to prospective clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial conversation through signed agreement
  • Maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients to support retention and long-term growth
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth handoff and client experience
  • Attend networking events, industry events, and business meetings as needed
  • Help expand brand awareness and market presence for TradeCore

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Experience in recruiting, staffing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industries is a huge plus
  • Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
  • Self-starter mentality with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach, relationship building, and consultative sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Professional, driven, and goal-oriented personality
